The Wizengomet had been up past midnight when Dumbledore dropped Lily's genealogy chart and tiredly said, "It is official. Lily Potter, formerly Evans, is a muggleborn witch."
Immediately one of the Wizengomet members who had 'held under the imperio curse by You-Know-Who' shouted out, "That can't be. Are you absolutely sure that you didn't miss someone Dumbledore?" This individual, like his fellow compatriots, just couldn't swallow the idea of a mudblood defeating his precious Dark Lord.
Dumbledore turned to this individual and said, "Mr. Nott, we've all been up for 8 hours now trying to find a hint of a magical ancestor in Lily's bloodline. I've just gone through her entire family tree back to Noah. It's time to face the facts; Lily was as much of a muggleborn any as anyone could possibly be."
This cause a murmur to fill the meeting hall as the great purebloods were forced to live with the fact that a muggleborn witch had killed Voldemort. There were many comments about how 'the misses would never let me live this down' and 'how will I convince my wife to bed me now'.
Amid this confusion, Sirius got up and headed to the door. When Dumbledore called on Sirius about leaving the meeting the young lord whirled around and spoke out to the Wizengomet. "Face facts fellas, this whole meeting has been a waste of time. The way that Lily could have any wizarding blood is if these Uchiha's are a magical family. As you all know, the Uchiha's aren't a magical family. In fact, our contacts with the eastern nations have never even heard of a Uchiha Clan. Now if you don't mind, I want to check on my godson to make sure he hasn't been stolen by his mother's fans." With that said, Sirius left the Wizengomet meeting which rapidly was degenerating into a meeting on how the members could convince their wives to let them back into bed.
