Inspector Zenigata listened with half an ear. Alien invasions made one late for catching that international thief Lupin!
"-and from Norway. Arsene Lupin III. -"
"What?!" All the other cops in the room held their ringing ears as the image on the televisions changed.
"The three representitives of your species have been chosen. As we of the race of Shepherds understand your species has some form of religion - we are allowing you to come to terms with-"
Noting the blank expression of Inspector Zenigata, one of the police officers decided to add something. "Well, if Lupin manages to save the world, I'd expect him to get a full pardon out of this."
The Interpol inspector twitched at that thought. Well, that would only mean that Lupin would be off limits until the next crime he committed - and even if it was jaywalking he'd find himself under arrest immediately!
"How the heck can I get up there?" The Inspector asked aloud, thinking how much simpler it would be if he could arrest Lupin before the test.
