Watching on while the rest of the Senshi talked to the various and sundry People In Important Positions in the Fleet, Crystal Cities, Crystal Colonies and otherwise, and trying to help them make sure that they didn't miss anybody or anything important, check.
And then...
"OK - We're set, now." Venus sighed, wiping her brow. "I hope everybody managed to tie up as many lose ends as they could think of, cause we can't wait any longer, really."
The 'Dark Moon Family' attacks on Crystal Tokyo had been relentless, droid-crafts swarming everywhere. They really couldn't wait very much more at all.
"Yeah." Jupiter nodded, looking at their Queen, seemingly sleeping peacefully in her crystal...casing. (It's not a coffin, it's not a coffin...) "I've done as much as I can, I think..."
"The Fleet should be OK for the moment - except for Certain People Who Should Not Be Named, that is." Mars sighed. "Our automated forces are hammering theirs, and the refugee convoys are moving along in a timely fashion. Which doesn't really stop certain people from being stupid anyway - but, ahh, well."
"Ahem." Mercury coughed, getting everybody's attention. "I have gathered all the data available on the, ahh, strange planet that seemingly appeared out of nowhere at the edges of our Solar System leaking Chaotic energies like a sieve, and also anything that might have anything to do with this so-called... 'Dark Moon Family'."
The rest of the Senshi twitched at the utter brittleness of Mercury's tone.
Pluto squared her shoulders, and moved her holo-self right next to King Endymion's medical capsule. He really did deserve to hear this directly - or as directly as possible under the circumstances, anyway - from her, after all.
"Your Majesty? Endymion-sama? ...Can you understand me, Sir?"
There was a ragged groan, then silence. And then...
"She didn't...wake up..."
So he knew, already. Somehow. Pluto was not surprised.
" - No, Endymion-sama, she did not. ...I am sorry."
"...Not...your...fault... Pluto..."
Pluto sighed, then, her real self at the Time Gates looking at the present location of Neo Queen Serenity, now surrounded by her four guardians, all incased in a much thinner version of the same crystalline something that incased the Queen herself.
"On the other hand - we now have quite a bit more energy to spare then we had, so to speak, I belive..."
Endymion sighed, then. "...Good... It wasn't all for naught, then..."
"Yes, yes..."
Pluto made her holo-self disappear, and sighed. Oh, it wasn't like she hadn't thought about this possibility, they all had actually, but...
But extra energy was always good. It could be used for many things - like giving the King's healing a boost, just for one example...
And now, all she could do was wait.
