[Episode 217783] [Episode 217783]Eight Senshi in their civilian guises as well as two Moon cats gathered around the main room of the Hikawa Shrine. A while ago, Usagi discovered, to her surprise, that she was in fact early, and it seemed that Rei was now running late as the eight Scouts, plus 2 cats, all waited for the shrine priestess's arrival. Usagi, in her early-induced shock, was not voraciously devouring the cookies Makoto brought for the meeting, and was taking small, dainty nibbles on her pastry.
Their resident tomboy, Haruka Ten'ou, grumbled as she nibbled a cookie in one hand, and drummed her fingers on the table top with the other.
"Grr, where the heck is Rei? She's already setting a new world record on being later than the Princess." She said in between bites. Her partner, Michiri Kaiou, and their adopted daughter, Hotaru Tomoe, just watched with a hint of amusement as Usagi continued to sulk further, no doubt put out that someone is being later than her.
Haruka's answer did not wait long, as they could hear faint thumps on the floor outside the door slowly coming towards them. The sounds, it seemed, were footsteps. Ah, finally, Rei was here...
...And is that the sound of Rei giggling? The occupants, except for one, boggled as, yes; Rei was giggling. The nearly-eternally scowling fiery Senshi was giggling. They further boggled when her giggles blew into loud laughter. All of their, except one, eyebrows nearly threatened to stay on their foreheads as the laughter finally stopped outside the door. Sliding the door open, Rei, smiling, stepped into the room.
In an eerie reversal of what was otherwise a typical routine, Usagi was the first one to speak up, "Uh, hey, Rei. What took you so long?"
To their, except (-CRASH!- Alright, alright, they get the point, now get the table offa me.) surprise, Rei just giggled before responding, "Oh, I was just getting to know my new pet better."
"Pet?" Some of the gathered chorused. Rei giggled again before nodding, then slid the door further open. They turned, and stared.
"Hi! Th'names Ranma Saotome, nice to meet ya easy!" Yukkuranma introduced himself.

......
"SSSSSOOOOO KKKKEEEEWWWWWWTTTT!!! &hearts &hearts &hearts" In short order Usagi, Minako, Ami, Makoto, and Hotaru all crowded to the cute little thing, hugging, poking, cuddling and doing all sorts of luvvy-duvvy things to it.
"What...is that?" Haruka managed to get out. Beside her, struggling hard to maintain her composure, Michiru used all her willpower to not jump and cuddle the thrice damnably cute plush-like creature.
"OH MY GAWD, HE'S AS SOFT AND PUFFY LIKE A MARSHMALLOW!" Someone, most likely Minako, cried, as she hugged the yukkuri. Michiru and Haruka's restraint nearly crumbled at that.
Setsuna, who sat beside the couple, just smirked, then calmly drank her tea.
Ranma, in the middle of it all, just managed to squeak out, "This...this is not easy! Pops, you idiot!"
...Though, they really can't do anything as of yet as their princess was hugging the thing.
