"This is the same as always," noted Kitchiri, an ancient goddess of bimbos and sexual games involving submission. "BOR-ING."
"Ah, but the three usual daughters Tendo have been swapped out," said Toltiir. "Not only that - they've been backtracked out. Now there is not, nor has there ever been, an Akane Tendo. Nor a Kasumi Tendo or a Nabiki Tendo for that matter."
"So?" asked Bastet. "There's still the same 'oath to unite the schools' - since that was made before Kasumi would have been born. So the pledge was twenty years old, roughly. Now we have these new daughters. I must say that I am surprised at these particulars managing to fit into the original roles to the extent that they have."
"Just a minor swap, with the roles being traded out," said Toltiir, who could see what and how it had been done - for all that it had been an accident. They'd still been discussing what to do after all.
"So what did you do with the originals?" asked Susanou.
"I fixed it. They were edited back in, just a different place and circumstance. Oh, the woman who would have been Mrs Soun Tendo still married, still had three daughters, and they are still named Kasumi, Nabiki, and Akane. More or less."
"What does 'more or less' mean in this instance?" asked Susanou.
"Kasumi graduated high school and now works at a shipping company," said Toltiir. "Nabiki and Akane are still high school students. Nabiki is in the school band, plays the trombone actually. Akane does track and field, mostly. They are in normal lives, more or less."
"Actually," pointed out Hephaestus, "there must be some changes prior to that twenty year mark that were backtracked. Otherwise Soun Tendo couldn't possibly have daughters like:"
