"Damn, did we ever bet on the wrong race-horse..." Kishijoten muttered.
The other goddesses nodded their heads. These simple Senshi of love and justice were pretty helpless against the Lich King. It was almost embarassing watching their pathetic attempts to attack him. So now, not only was the Lich King far more powerful, but he was creating a small army of pseudo-zombies in the process!
"What the heck is going on there, Athena? I thought you said you were sending Ranma to help!?" Freya asked.
"I, did send Ranma back to help!" Athena said.
"WELL, WHERE IS HE!?"
Athena gulped. "Well,w hen everyone started yelling at me, I kinda lost track of the spell and lost him on the Astral Plane."
"YOU WHAT!?" Came the chorus of pissed off goddesses.
"YOU LOST MY GREAT-GREAT-GREAT-GREAT-GRANDSON!?" Kishijoten was screaming at the top of her lungs.
Athena was shaking. "D, don't worry! I got hold of him again! I am sending him back home! Just give me a few minutes, okay!?"
The other goddesses were stil a bit angry, but calmed down. They weren't really angry at Athena. It's just this entire situation was incredibly stressful on all of them.

It didn't take long for night to come to Japan. The Lich King had been awaiting for the sun to set so he could summons his deadly vampire secretary trio. After all, sunlight and vampires just don't mix. And it wouldn't be wise to destroy the last three truly loyal 'employees' he has left.
It wasn't too hard to take over an office building for his nightly activities. Just go in with his mindless army of zombies and start blasting away with his deathbuster bazooka. That not only got him more power, but also added more soldiers to his army.
The Lich King would have kissed 'his' weapon if it weren't for the fact he had no lips.
The Lich King was currently on the roof of the building, awaiting his secretaries to come to him. They did not dissapoint as a smog of green mist wafted over to the building, a large grouping of spiders climbed up the side of the building, and onto the roof, and a small black cat somehow landed onto the roof.
And in a few moments the mist, spiders, and cat took the form of Lich King's secretaries, Phillipa, Dark Weaver, and Maharet.
"So, what did you bring us out here for, 'boss'?" Dark Weaver said, her bug eyes staring at the Lich.
"Yeah, that bitch Natasha is keepin' us busy, an' we got no time to be pahtakin' in yoah games, ye 'eah, 'boss'?" Phillipa seconded, pointing to her wrist as if she were wearing a watch.
"My dear, dear ladies..." Lich Kign began, "There is no need to be tense anymore. You will no longer have to punch the clock for the 'Vampire Queen' Natasha." The Lich said that list bit with a sneer.
"And why is that?" Maharet asked.
"Because my dears, *I* have found an alternate source of power for my magic. And in the same twist of fate, also has allowed me to make quite an undead army in the process!"
"Really?" The vampire secretaries asked, to which the Lich King nodded his head.
The Lich King then turned his gaze to look over the city. "And soon, we shall have even more power. We will have the power to not only over-throw Natasha and reclaim the Undead Realm, but also lay claim to the Earth, starting with Japan!"
"And where shall we start, boss?" Phillipa asked. The British vampire had to admit, she was getting excited. Been awhile since things seemed like they were going to go well.
The Lick King pointed a boney finger. "We shall attack Mugen Gakuen! That school over there has many dark magical energies surrounding it! Energis that WE can use!"
Dark Weaver licked her talons. "I can feel the darkness pouring off from that building like the blood dripping from a recently skinned rabbit! Oh, I want it, I WANT IT!"
"Calm yourself, my greedy little spider-woman." Lich King said. "You can indulge yourself on a power trip soon enough. But first, we'll need to take over that school."
"You can count on us, boss!" Dark Weaver said. It had been awhile since she's truly hunted and eaten. She could use a good snack.
"Well, why don't we attack now, boss?" Maharet asked. There would be no real reason for the Lich King to wait, unless there was possible trouble.
"You see my dears," Lich King began, "I need you three to summon a spirit for me. I need someone to keep any potential threat in line while I take care of Mugen Gakuen. And for the oddest reason, I cannot locate Rook."
Maharet rolled her eyes. "That's no surprise! Didn't you hear what happened?"
"No. What happened?" Lich King asked.
"Well apparrently, Rook got his soul shattehed, eh! The bloody bastahd got 'isself frozen by a jagwehe of the Edge Guard, and youh granddaughtah Brianna punched the ass into a million pieces."
"He'll be lucky if his soul reforms sometime within the nextyear." Dark Weaver added.
The Lich King chuckled. "Why is that not surprising? No matter. I know of one other that would be useful to me."
The Lich King then put a hand onto his chest. He pulled out one of the Pure Heart Crystals. One which, by chance, happened to be Kasumi's. "I think I'll have to raise an old 'business associate' then. After all, I do need some better cannon-fodder besides zombies..."

Nabiki sighed as she and Nodoka sat in a park. This day was not turning out well. Hell, this whole week hadn't been that good. "Great, first Ranma goes through some major personality changes, now this..."
Nodoka just nodded her head. She couldn't understand why her manly son hasn't come around to help his family. She knew her son was manly, a real martial artist, and would do anything to protect those he cared about. So why hadn't he come to save them?
Nabiki looked over her list of people she tried to enlist for aid. So far, she'd only been able to get one Devil Hunter, and then there was that catgirl, Atsuko, or 'Nuku Nuku' as she liked to be called.
Still, this was aggravating to Nabiki. She knew of one hero who could definitely help, yet she couldn't find him. He was practically everywhere, but for some reason there wasn't even one sighting of him. Just where the heck was that Cheetah-man when she REALLY needed him!? He could take the demon and the zombie Senshi with no problem.
Sighing, Nabiki stopped in her thoughts of vengeance using the cheetah-man as her main weapoon when she realized that it was night now. And for some reason, that really made her nervous.

at the other end of the park, there was a small gust of wind and a small explosion of smoke. Standing amidst the smoke was Ranma Saotome, holding onto the Sword of Omens and the Aegis Shield.
Ranma blinked his eyes in surprise. One minute he was talking to the Diggers and the Edge Guard, and now he was in the middle of some wooded area. "W, was it all a dream?"
Putting the shield down, Ranma performed the Hidden Weapons technique to look for his comics. Pulling a few issues of 'Gold Digger' out from his sleeve, Ranma saw that they were indeed signed by Britanny. "Okay, so it WASN'T a dream... But then why was I brought back here?"
As if to answer Ranma, the jewel in the Sword of Omens's hilt began to glow. Ranma reflexively used the sword again, raising the hilt to his field of vision. "Sword of Omens, give me sight-beyond-sigh."
The visions Ranma saw made him feel queasy. Ranma recognized the Lich King quite easilly. But how did that bone-bastard get to Japan? Damn, it seemed like Ranma really was living out his favorite comic-book.
Grabbing his shield, Ranma once again took off, he was on the Lich King's trail.

The Diggers (Theo and Julia in tow) and the Edge Guard use one of the Light Gates to appear in a park in Nerima, Japan. They were using Gina's equipment to follow Ranma's life signature.
"You sure this is where Ranma would be?" Sheila asked. She was really hopping to meet up with that handsome werecheetah again. He had just disappeared and she, (along with the other women) had been very worried.
"He should be." Gina answered. She really hoped that they found Ranma soon. He disappeared before she could get an answer. And Gina really wanted to know if Ranma was single or not.
Julia looked around. A park. Well, at least the place they landed was flourished with greenery. That was the one thing she hated about Earth-Realm cities. There was little in the way of vegetation and wildlife in the cities.
Julia noticed the look of uneasiness on her husband's face. "Theo... Is something wrong, dear?"
Theo looked over at Julia. "I'm not sure. There's something wrong with the air here... It's almost as if it's weighed with a dark magic... A familiar dark magic"
Seance nodded. "I feel this darkness too. But I am not so sure about familiarity, Dr. Diggers."
Theo nodded his head. "Still, I think we should investigate."
Onoli decided to speak in. "Maybe we should break up into two groups? One group searches for Ranma, while the other searches for the source of this feeling of evil magic?"
"I'LL LOOK FOR RANMA!" Came the cry from Gina, Britanny, Brianna, Sheila, Luan, and Carla.
Gar growled. What kind of spell did this Ranma have over the girls? There was no realistic way that one man could attract so many women.
Then, cam a VERY familar sound.
*ZIP! ZOOM! ZING!*
"RANMA!" Was teh cry as six women went after Ranma, Britanny leading the way, and looking as though she would catch up with him.

Back at the tower, Maharet, Dark Weaver, and Phillipa backed away from the pentagram. The Lich King had created an energy ghost, which was, more or less, a ghost with a physical body. The constant glowing yellow aura being the dead give-away that the person wasn't truly of the living.
The Lich King smiled at his new servant. Not only had Kasumi's Pure Heart Crystal worked as a fill-in for an aura, but it made th energy ghost even more powerful than he was alive. "Welcome back to the world of the living, Brendan..."
The Betrayer of the Werewolf clan smiled. "It's good to be back..."
(------)
Ryoga growled as he suddenly found himself stuck amidst some overgrown vegetation. "WHERE ON EARTH AM I NOW!?"
The Werewolf Alpha, Jetta hears the cry. Who would be foolish enough to alert her to their tresspassing?
"Better question. Why'd you leave!?"
