'I hope Maria-kun doesn't make this for me regularly.' The blini pancakes had been very filling but were not extremely heavy on the stomach so he ended up not needing the medicine at all. Of course, his stomach would need some time to digest the food so he wouldn't be up for any heavy exercise right now.
"So everyone, where shall we go today?" asked Sakura as she helped clear away the table and clean up after breakfast.
"Good question..." An idea came to Erica. "I would like to go somewhere to get something good to eat!!"
"Me too! I want to try the rare treats of Japan!" piped up Coquelicot before she turned her attention to the Hanagumi Captain. "Ichiro, you'll treat us, right?"
'I would rather not think about food right now...' Fortunately for him, he did not have to answer as Kanna entered the conversation and addressed the two Paris Kagekidan members.
"So you want to go downtown and try some 'monja-yaki?'"
"Iris is gonna come too! You're going to the usual place, right?! The food's so tasty over there!" Iris then noticed the slightly ill look on Ogami's face. "Are you okay, onii-chan?"
"I-I'll be fine." 'I hope...'
"In that case, maybe I'll come along too. With Erica along, I should have a good chance to practice my straight lines," said Kohran who finished putting away some plates.
"I would like to learn more about Japanese culture. I'm interested in what you call 'michi'." As the daughter of the House of Bleumer, she would need to be able to understand her chosen bridegroom's culture.
"Well then, what would you say to some flower arranging?" asked Sumire. "Allow me to teach you about 'michi', the heart of Japan."
"That sounds wonderful. Sumire-san, please teach me as well." The request from Hanabi came as no surprise as she was also interested in learning about Japanese culture.
Sakura raised a hand meekly just after she finished her clean up work. "Um... may I join you too? I've never tried real flower arranging."
As there was nothing interesting going on for Lobelia, she gave a large yawn before moving towards the stairs to head to the guest quarters. "In that case, I'm going to stay here and get some shut-eye. I didn't get back in until this morning."
Unfortunately for her, Maria had blocked her path. "Lobelia, you'll be coming to Sensouji with me. I think it would be best if you worked on refining your spirit."
The look on Lobelia's face caused Orihime to laugh. "Lobelia-san, you're really in for it now! Heh-heh... serves you right!!"
"You should go too, Orihime. I'll be coming along too," said Reni in a quiet tone.
"I guess that settles our plans for the afternoon." Sakura turned her attention towards Ogami. "Ogami-san, what will you do? Will you be going with someone?"
