No, there just was no way that she could marry him, and she rather doubted that her sisters could feel any different. Of course, that did also mean that she knew where her buddy was when his wife didn't. As she was also a friend to the female component of the couple, she knew that it was only proper for her to let her know what was going on. Unfortunately, she didn't know if she should, considering how much trouble it could make. She didn't even know if there would be enough time for her friend to get there before Ranma did.
At the very least though, the youngest Tendo figured that she owed it to her friends. Even if the wife didn't make it there earlier than her husband, then they could meet there. And there was always the fact that alerting the bride would allow her to be aware of the change in her situation, letting her deal with it as best she could.
The thing was that youngest Tendo didn't know if she had enough time to let her friend know. Although there were plenty of ways to inform her of the development, she had no way of knowing if he was supposed to come that day, or several days from then.
