It was clear that Miyo Uzumaki was a force to be reckoned, but her skills abilities were making several jonin suffering inferiority complexes.
Her strength was great enough that she could shatter three-ton boulders with one precise blow. She could also lift and crush them as if they were dirt clods. Bending steel bars was somewhat of a challenge but it wasn't too much of a challenge
Her speed was great enough that she could actually run up vertical surfaces with relative ease.
Her "Fox-Style" taijutsu relied on focused awareness, and brains over brawn, using false openings leading to devastating counters on foes who overreached themselves. It also was able to exploit weaknesses that were perceived.
Perhaps the most devastating abilities were the genjutsu and "foxfire" ninjutsu she had created (to them, anyway). The genjutsu could make her disappear from view as well as creating pleasant scenes that made ninjas lower their guard. The "foxfire" ninjutsu caused severe burning of the wooden target dummies, as well as made flashy lights that struck people who viewed it with vertigo.
It was clear that Miyo's greatest strength was her sheer size and presence that could easily intimidate anyone, even the Hokage.
Something that wasn't expected was Miyo's fast healing factor. She could instantly recover from minor to moderate wounds, and severe wounds would heal over in a minute or so.
After the report on Miyo's abilities was handed to the Hokage, and he had time to read it, he decided to fill out the paperwork to make Miyo a special jonin, and make sure that the pool that created Miyo was an S+-ranked secret.
