Temple Days: Paladin of the Moon [Episode 24336]

by Kestral

Sereni was unhappy.

Not only had the somewhat-evil sorcerer from Thay captured her, he had thrown her in a dungeon!

Not to mention what this place was probably doing to her skin. Yech.

The chains holding her arms over her head were tethered to an eyebolt in the ceiling with a spring design. They'd also been designed for someone taller. If she brought her hands down, she had a few moments of wildly bouncing around as her feet came off the ground.

She'd gotten the idea of threading the spring off the eyebolt and then escaping the vile dungeon!

Except that the cell door was locked. Phooey.

Then she'd tried to fit through the bars. The cell had been designed for human barbarians and the like, so a girlishly slender elven paladin could easily fit through the bars! Yay!

Except now she was naked, the thin shift she'd been given having ripped off as she squirmed through the bars. Well, naked except that she had six feet of chain that was manacled at either end to a wrist.

The cell was underground, the sorcerer having taken over an abandoned tavern and had made the cellar a dungeon.

Unfortunately, the doors to go outside were locked or blocked.

So she'd come up with a really clever idea. There was this dumbwaiter that had been used to send goods up to the kitchen from the cellar. She'd just shimmy up the shaft!

Shortly after that she'd gotten stuck.

"Guys... I could really use a rescue here... come baaaaacckkkkkk! Waaaaaaaaaaa!"
