"Oh?" asked the dragon. "You want as many girlfriends as he has fangirls?"
"More!" declared Naruto. "And they gotta be more awesome than Sasuke's fangirls."
Another sound of something metal sliding along metal and then latching into place.
"Hmmm. Cute and awesome," mused the dragon. "Multiples. May have to go outside this continuua and retcon some in."
Naruto decided to ignore the parts of that he couldn't understand. Best to bull his way through! It was his Ninja Way after all!
"Is 'cute' necessary or could the girl be 'sexy' or 'beautiful' by your standards instead?" asked the dragon.
"Meh, I suppose," said Naruto, adopting a posture to indicate he was making a major concession.
"Hmmm, some interesting possibilities there," mused the 'dragon' as various possibles were considered.
Magical girls, of one kind or another, would work and work fairly well. Making a local variant was fairly easy. There were also some variants of those universes where he could simply resurrect them from a Bad Ending, make them an offer - and import them directly. There were even a few like the Puella Magi Madoka Magica universe where he could step into a mainline, make the offer - and most likely be run over by the girls in question as they rushed to take advantage of being given an "out" to their unhappy story.
There were some other deities out there who had their own little players, if he used one of theirs - it really would be polite to drop them a line and ask permission. No reason not to ask, as jokes were best when shared anyway.
Maybe that Hakurei girl?
Or maybe those Puma twins?
The problem with some was the age difficulty. Naruto was twelve after all. It wouldn't be until he was past the "timeskip" that the relationships would actually get anywhere beyond the simplest slapstick and similar shenanigans. Not to mention that some of them would simply be 'off' trying to fit them into this universe's background.
"So, uhm, you can do that right?" asked Naruto.
"Yes, it's just how to get there from here that I'm pondering," admitted the dragon. "Well, that's your first wish. What is the second one?"
"Where are they?" asked Naruto.
"I'm waiting to see what other wishes you wish, while working out how best to grant that one," responded the dragon.
"Oh, well, in that case," said Naruto. "I gotta think of a good wish."
