"Ooohh! This is so KAWAII!!!" declared Usagi.
Minako blinked and leaned over to look. "Wow, you're right!"
"Let me see!" chimed in Hotaru.
Rei pursed her lips as she looked over the selection. "Now what to get?"
"Do you have that in green?" asked Makoto with a gesture towards another item.
"How do I look in this?" asked Michiru.
"Very nice. Just rember that we have a very limited budget, remember?" commented Setsuna.
Haruka growled her frustration at not being able to shop yet fom the floor, while Ami tookl a small nap while waiting for her turn.
Backing away from the animals-turned-girls shopping, Ranma tried to figure out what was going on. They were like some kind of... he didn't know what, but they just seemed to want to go into every store that they could find to try out every outfit that they could see. He had to admit that this was likely the first time that they had brought clothing, but they glee that they had for it surprised him, though it did make him happy that it made them happy.
"Problems, Ranma?" asked Setsuna.
"Uhh... no," the pigtailed boy replied, "I'm fine."
"Are you sure?"
"Pretty much. Only..."
"'Only' what?"
"Did we have ta do this?"
"'This'?"
"All the... shopping."
"Hmm... I'd think so."
"But why? Pops is still out there somewhere."
"And we can't look for him if people are going to want to jail us for indecent exposure."
While he blushed at the implication, Ranma was still troubled. "But Pop's special stash..."
"Think of it this way. He won't be able to drink himself into a stupor for a while after... we see him again."
"You're sure we will?"
"Positive. He always shows up, sooner or later."
"You're right about that."
"I do have one question for you though."
"What's that?"
"Do I look good in this?"
The pig tailed boy hung his head as he thought of what to say. And while he did so,:
