Ranma knew that this woman would be able to help him. However, one thing confused him. 'Armsmaster'. What did THAT mean? A master of swords? Guns? Physical strength? 'Arms' could be used for so many interpretations that it wasn't even funny.
And as he thought about it, this made him curious. Would this woman he was searching for be a powerful fighter? Then again, her father is a mage. Maybe this woman would be a powerful magic user. If she was, maybe Ranma could see if she could help him with his curse after his first major problem is dealt with.
That last thought was enough to give Ranma the boost of inspiration and drive he needed to cross the last few sand dunes. Ranma knew he had to get to this city. The Seer had told him he would find her there.

The Diggers were running like their lives depended on it, (which they actually did). They were being chased by Pee Wee and his goons, and all because of a small understanding.
Yes, a SMALL understanding...
... Okay, a small understanding and A lot of small Peebos.
Both Archaeological parties had headed out to Saudi Arabia. There was sudden surfacing of a tale that told of a hidden treasure vault of Alexander the Great that had been hidden underneath this city. That treasure trove turned out in actuality to be a library. Lots of written information on the past was held in there. The Diggers had gotten into the library first and Gina had a field day. Simple enough, right?
It was, until the Peebos Brianna set up for security perimeters had gone off. Pee Wee and his boys set them off. So now, they were literally chasing after the Diggers girls. Sure, there was nothing there that Pee Wee could benefit from, but that doesn't mean the little SOB wouldn't want revenge for just narrowly escaping being blown up with his goons. So now, his hired thugs, (who were noww somewhat bandaged) were chasing the Diggers with automatic weapons. Silver-coated, explosive, anti-tank shells. So you could bet your butt the Diggers girls were going to run.
And then it happened. They reached a dead end. And the only way out of the alley was now blocked off by Pee Wee's men, all of them brandishing guns with their silver shells. (Except for the ninjas. They had silver swords).
"It would seem your luck has finally run out..." Daishi said.
Brianna cursed. She was cursing her luck for only carrying area-effect weapons. If she tried using them now in this tight quarters, then they would ALL go down.
Britanny was also cursing her luck. She always tried to be a bodyguard for her sisters, but there was no way she could stand up to silver. And apparently, that is exactly what Pee Wee had been stocking up on.
Gina was trying to keep her cool. She needed to let the Light Gate boot up so she could do an automatic teleport to their hotel. However, to get the hook-up to satellite to start would take three minutes. There was no way they wopuld get that time.
Zelda smiled as she raised her gun, specifically pointing it at Britanny. "Any last requests, Cheetah?"
Britanny chuckled morbidly. "You know, Pee Wee's gonna be pissed if you kill us. I mean, he's always been after my DNA..."
"DNA is difficult to get from a corpse, but not impossible..." Ionis explained as he held up his hnad-gun, holding it sideways for effect.
And then the sound of fire went off. Dust started to come up from the ground as bullets blew through the air. When the dust settled, it was quite a surprising sight.
All three Diggers girls were cringing, but were surprised to here the guns stop. They opened their eyes and checked themselves. They were okay. They looked in front of them and saw something incredible.
They saw as the pig-tailed man in robes stood there between the two groups. He had his arms held out forward.
"My name is Ranma Saotome..."
Ranma smirked. Ranm ahad been running across roofs as he then saw that these jerks were about to gun down these ladies. They needed to be taught a lesson. He opened his hands and let the bullets he had caught fall to the ground.
"Sorry about this." The smirk on Ranma's face widened as he then lunged forward.

The 'Seer' watched Ranma through a scrying glass; he had made firstr contact. The 'poor boy' had fallen for her 'valuable information' hook, line, and sinker. She had caught sight of what was going on due to a vision she had cast, to see how she would gain her vengeance upon the Diggers. Seeing Ranma, she knew she had found someone that could tear them apart.
The Seer began to chuckle menacingly. "Heh heh! The chaos magnet has fallen for my trap. Now the strong bonds that keep the Diggers together will be put under incredible tension from his presence... They will all want him, and become jealous of one another..."
The Seer than pulled her hood back, revealing a cat-like woman with black and white fur... It was the ex-High Priestess of El Dorado, Tanya... And she was back to her full power, (as well as full height.
"And then," Tanya began to chuckle again. "Vengeance WILL be mine! HAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAA!"
