Naruto clambered back onto his feet slowly, grabbing onto some kind of metal fixture to keep himself steady as the world stopped spinning. One second he was in a tug-of-war with Sakura over his book, the next thing he knew he was being sucked into a bright, purple light. Beside him, Sasuke and Sakura also groaned and moaned as they stood.
It was clear the seal had transported them somewhere. They were no longer in their old classroom at the academy waiting for their Jonin instructor, but on what appeared to be a rooftop in the open air.
Upon realizing what must’ve happened, Sakura’s surprise quickly morphed into anger. “This is all you fault, Naruto!” she grabbed him by the neck of his jacket and started to shake him angrily, “If you hadn’t drawn that stupid seal, we wouldn’t be…”

It didn’t take long to see why he’d sounded so enthralled. Sakura audibly gasped at what she was seeing. Even Sasuke’s normally emotionless facade collapsed and he stared with his mouth agape. They weren’t just on a rooftop. They were on the rooftop of a huge building, larger than any building they’d ever seen, in the middle of a vast city.
“This place is huge! Way bigger than the village!” Naruto exclaimed.
Neither Sasuke nor Sakura disagreed with him. The cityscape seemed to stretch out for miles. There were countless skyscrapers, just as tall as the one they were on. For a couple minutes that just stared in wonder at the sight

“Yeah,” Naruto mumbled, still entranced by the view of…
