There were many cosmic beings with extreme power.
It was natural that once in awhile one of these beings would detect something unusual happening on a world nearby.
Eternity used one of these beings to deal with the source of the disturbance. Now determined to be the Sailor Senshi of the Sol system.
Unknowing of Eternity's use of them as an antibody to deal with a potentially cancerous growth, that Cosmic powered being moved to deal with the problem but on its own terms. And the name of that cosmically powerful being was:
