Senshi-omatic: After the party's over. [Episode 29762]
The transformed party goers could be grouped into three categories.
- Peripheral: In the first case the attendees were either outside the spell's area of effect, or wearing an insufficiently detailed costume. These were mostly unaffected by the spell; aside from the occasional fake moustache and beard becoming not so fake (to the displeasure of at least one woman). They could be safely sent home.
- Superficial: In second case the costumes had absorbed just enough magic to become, well, magic costumes. They were supernaturally effective disguises but, underneath, the wearer was still mostly themselves. It was found that the magic would wear off once the costume was removed. Although, it would latter be discovered that some of these costumes retained the magic, these attendees had also been sent home in their everyday attire.
- Central: In the third case, and fortunately the minority, the spell's effect was more than just superficial, it involved an actual physical and psychological transformation. This category was mainly comprised of contenders for the best costume prise; either because they had been gathered right under the spell's detonation point, or due to the greater detail of their costume.
