The Slavers had a good crop.
Soun and Genma were currently off in India, filling an order.
That left Ranma to discover that he was alone with Akane, who was acting even more uncute and violent than ever. (That he had done it himself by describing the original Akane to the sorceress had not dawned on him.)
There was a major decision to be made here, Quisling knew, and he could only recommend. He was not in a position of authority to determine if the world would be used as a market, as a resource, or as a park.
There was the debt of honor owed one Ranma Saotome, and the two Agents were technically employees. All three could remain no matter what the decision on the rest of the world was. The Board recognized honor codes, they were not Splugorth after all.
Initial reports from Jusenkyo and Jusendo were promising. Duplicating the Jusenkyo curse in a non-water based effect might prove more difficult, but they were already unraveling how the "locking ladle" worked and how to manipulate the template process into something useful. A test area would likely be chosen soon to determine if theory held up.
Which led Quisling to the ultimate fate of this world, and his recommendation.
Initial business had been rather poor. The clientele who went for slavery on this world seemed to be into some things that their own more "high end" business was not inclined to do. Humiliation and torture were not, in the eyes of company policy, not the proper uses of a properly trained slave. After all, if you were after that sort of thing - there were literally hundreds of other companies that could produce "cannon fodder" or "food" or simply "victims". Slaves Unlimited was a specialty niche in the market, "quality slaves for quality Masters."
Due to this lack of a market, but some high quality slaves being produced, Quisling went with the direction he perceived the company would go with and recommended this world be converted. If he wanted to retain management of this world, then he wouldn't advance further in the company but after things had settled it would be a fairly nice cushy job. If he chose to continue climbing the corporate ladder, the bonuses discovered on this world would be a nice "feather in his cap" as the native phrase went.
Once the native population was converted, a few thousand would remain as caretakers and the world itself would begin transformation. Vast parks where visitors could relax and enjoy themselves, a few industrial complexes and the like in out-of-the-way areas, and the research labs could be expanded quite a bit.
The only thing was that there was at least one of the humans he owed a lifedebt to. That was the sometimes male/sometimes female Ranma Saotome.
Quisling looked over the reports and shook his head in imitation of the human gesture. Not only did he have that Jusenkyo curse, but he had a potential lifemate who really wasn't suitable. Hmmm. Quisling typed in a quick line. Perhaps she could go through processing and be registered as the boy's slave. Certainly this report indicated she could use some training in useful skills.
Several who had already gone through processing were listed as potential lifemates. Might have to see if they could be acquired. They'd need maintainers for this world anyway. As for the two Agents, they could go on to other worlds, could they not?
The first thing he did was send his recommendations off to corporate headquarters. As for dealing with this world, clearly the two Agents working in India had the Processing Department going with those results. Therefore, his next action should be
