"So, like what's going to happen?" Ranma asked.
"Setsuna showed us a timeline where the Army is not stopped," Rose said. "It is horrible, all the world filled with nubile young women with no thought but pleasing Ranma Saotome. Your kept under heavy guard at all times and generally only sleep, eat and have sex. Some naga eventually comes to the conclusion that they can create other 'Ranmas' with their poison, and the entire human race and similar species, become something like the reverse of an ant colony, with one king per colony and a multitude of females. From there it spreads until it swallows the universe, and humanity, consumed with the thought of serving you, slowly descends into the dark ages again. It is an eon before the Army collapses and scattered pockets of independent humans and other races begin to rebuild."
Ranma blinked as most of that went straight over his head.
"It would be really bad," the blonde with the weird hairdo supplied.
"Oh," Ranma said. "It's like those vampire people that do it right...recruiting?"
"They aren't vampires, Ranma," Rose said. "They're nagas, snake people, usually a fairly nice race, somewhat rare as well. Ssarass is a bit of an exception, and a sorceress herself. She's the one that warped the normal bonding between a naga and mate into some sort of brainwashing tool."
"Okay," Ranma said. "So all we gotta do is break that spell, right?"
"Easier said than done," Tetsuyo snorted.
"So what do we need to do?" Ranma asked.
"We need to catch one of the nagas," Rose said. "One of the brainwashed nagas. Considering all of them are brainwashed save Ssarass, that would be easy if it weren't for the fact that they were heavily guarded."
"Why?" Ranma asked. "So you can de-recruit or something?" Thoughts of this requiring more sex flashed through his mind.
"No," Rose said. "There are simple spells to block mind control. If we slap one on a naga, it would easily last long enough for the naga to produce and give itself some anti-venom for the mind-control poison. After that....we just start loading up tranq darts with anti-venom."
"That would take a lot of stuff," Ranma said. "Thinking of the army."
"Well, we have volunteers to become naga," Rose said. "And its just the brainwashing that uses sex, not the transformation."
"How about finding a naga that ain't in the Army?" Ranma asked.
"Good luck," someone snorted in the back. "They're rare as it is."
"It is a possibility," Usagi noted. "If Rei or Ami weren't in the Army already they might have been able to direct us to one."
"So what is the plan?" Ranma asked.
