Kiyoko wasn't paying much attention to this however, as she was busy flipping through the hieroglyphic dictionary in her hand. Every once in a while she growled in irritation and scratched her head. She paused to look up at a symbol and returned to flipping through her dictionary.
At the very slight sound of sand shifting Kiyoko whirled about, hunting knife drawn, and beheaded the mummy approaching her.
"I said STOP trying to kill me!!" Kiyoko shouted at the fallen carcass. She reached down to grab the head and punted it down a random corridor. "And this time don't come back!!"
She stuffed the book in one of her pockets in disgust and looked back at the two corridors. One was marked with a cat and the other a hawk. She considered this for a moment.
"Horus and Ra are hawk-headed," she thought for a moment. "And whatever there is of worth would be with one of them, not some lay about like Bast." She irritably started walking down the hawk marked corridor.

"WHAT DID SHE JUST SAY!!?!"
"Nothing untrue." There was a swiping sound. "Ouch."
"She didn't call you a lay about!"
