Ranma thought about his mother’s offer. He did need a break from the zaniness that Nerima seems to inflict on him. The fiancées after the wedding fiasco were getting out of hand. Shampoo, Kodachi and Ukyo were getting more aggressive in their pursuit of him. Which in turn made Kuno, Mousse and Ryoga into even more violent fights each time he met either of them. It was only a matter of time before blood was shed and all of them knew it. Except Akane.
Akane was getting more violent. It seemed that every other word he spoke would set off Akane on a rant about what a baka he is. Ranma knew he wasn’t perfect., but he really was trying to control his mouth. Everybody could see that. except Akane off course. One thing would lead to another and he’d be hammered with a schoolbag, teakettle or worse, the table. What ever tender almost moments they had were now a fading memory
It didn’t help either that the fathers were either alternately pulling some dumb stunt after another or wailing and moaning about that the houses must be joined. Kasumi tried to calm everyone, but everyone was getting out of control. The one egging them on was Nabiki. You would think that the wedding fiasco would have taught her a lesson. Hell, no. It’s seems she’s getting a immense satisfaction watching a bunch of martial artists dance to her tune like a puppet master. With him being the biggest dummy of all. If it hadn’t been for the law set down by him mom, he would had gone berserk some time ago. A 2 week vacation away from everyone at Nerima
So the decision was a no- brainer….
Sure mom, no problem. Then it’s settled….you’ll be moving here for the duration of your summer break. So, Tessa-san, are you living near here? Yes Saotome-san, I’m living..
