NOTE:Since my own team was not well recieved I'm going to put up more options for others to use while I keep up my own .

Sailor Moons counterpart is:

• Cutey Honey.
  They have both been depicted as angels of light (if you go by the Cutey Honey OVAs) and Honey is, in my humble opinion, the most competent magical girl style superheroine I've seen yet. Also she usually takes on supercharged psychos that could look at the Doom and Gloom girls and call them amatures.
  Cutey Honey
• Mihoshi.
  They both have good hearts, are clumsy accident prone blondes with loads of luck and can be crybabies.
  Tenchi Muyo
• Ifurita.
  Not the OVA one but the Wanderers. They both have oodles of power, are kind of goofy but nice. All you need to do is get her away from Jinnai and she'd be fine.
  El Hazard The Wanderers
• Saori Kido.
  Both are reborn Goddesses, or at least damned close in Usagis case, who belive in love and justice. Actually the reborn Athena has more in common with Neo Queen Serenity than her younger self.
  Saint Seiya
• Someone who I haven't thought of who you think would be good in the role.
• Something Else.
