"Oh, you're a fiancee of Ranma's too?"

"Got it in one," the redhead replied with a smirk while:

"Hmph!" snorted a girl with a haircut similar to the character "Moe" from "The Three Stooges" while turning her back on the boy being buried. "See if I care! He can see however many gaijin floozies he wants!"

"Excuse me?" Asuka asked. "Would you care to repeat that?"

"Ranma must marry a Tendo!" insisted some middleaged guy with a moustache.

"Ah, what a pity that you discard family honor so easily," said Asuka as if saddened.

"So," said another shorthaired girl as she munched on a cracker. "What was Ranma sold for this time? A hamburger? A happy meal?"

"Not quite," said Asuka. "The engagement between myself and Ranma was made

• when a food thief named Genma Saotome and his partner Soun Tendo raided the Oktoberfest of a Sister City program in Wakayama."
• when a guy named Soun Tendo sold the engagement between his family and the Saotome family to pay his taxes right after his wife's death."
• when Genma Saotome was out training with his young son and needed to escape an angry mob.
• when Genma had stolen these valuable scrolls from the Temple Of The Vengeful Goddess. You knew that had to catch up with you someday.
