Parents And Children - Wild Dragons: Meetings Of Coincidence [Episode 59652]

by Kender

While much of her life was spent involved in the Art or thinking about the fact that her parents were murdered, Coriander did have other things that she would do. Kiima wasn't one who would allow her children to go uneducated, and even Tarou was aware that one should have other intrests in their life. Which meant that both adults were not about to let the children become single minded.

So the girl was forced to do chores, which, like most girls her age, she didn't like. She did like cooking, and had her biological mother's flair for when she did so, but she couldn't only do that. Which was why she was stuck cleaning, not something that she enjoyed, but what something that had to be done.

That was when she had discovered the article. It had been clipped from a newspaper and was yellowed from age, but it was still readable. Handling it delicately, she had gone over the words that made it up, with an inability to do much else. The article was about the deaths of a Chinese national and his Japanese wife in a gas explosion. According to the authorities, it had been an accident and the case had been closed, but that was not what concerned her the most.

Those were her parents that it had talked about, and for the first time she had learned where they had died. Combined with the knowledge that they had been murdered and her need to avenge them, she made her decision.

She was going to go there and do what she had to do. Slipping out one night, she left her family and headed to where they had been killed.

A place called Nerima.

Once again, Ryouga Hibiki was lost. Now that wasn't too unusal for the man who could run right past the place that he was looking for while complaining about someone moving it. But he had gotten better lately, what with the help of his wife, and his dog. With either leading him, he could always manage to get to where it was that he wanted to go.

Unfortunately, he had gone for a few odds and ends at the local grocery store like always and managed to get lost. It wasn't his fault as he hadn't meant to do so. He had kissed Akari and headed out with the dog leading the way. But some overzealous dog catcher had snagged the poor canine and the Lost Man had to chase both of them for quite a while before managing to catch up to them.

Having gotten his pet and companion back, he had turned to go the store and learned that he had no idea of where he was. Groaning about his ill luck, he set upon finding a pay phone so that he could call home to get someone to come and get him.

That was when he saw the odd figure walking past him. The girl, who couldn't be any older than his own son, was dressed in a cloak of some sort, which was strange enough. But her hood had fallen to her shoulders, revealing a very pretty face framed by pink hair with a white stripe down the middle. It was oddly familiar but he couldn't place it...

Then his eyes widened as he realized who that could, or rather had to, be. Only one person of his aquaintence had that sort of hair and the girl looked too much like the woman that he had been married to for her to be any one else. However, he had not seen that particular individual for quite some time and had been afraid that something had happened to her. He and his wife hadn't even mentioned her existance to the Tendos or anyone else because of that fear.

It put him in a dilemma over what to do. He couldn't make a decision, but he had to before his chance slipped away. She hadn't noticed him and wad continuing on her way. If he didn't act soon, she would be gone before he knew it. As such, he decided that it would be best if he:
