Instantly the girl turned toward him entering a stance that spoke of a long time training. Ryouga noted the stance and recognized it to his own confusion. As far as he knew, all the practioners of the Saotome-Ryu were dead. Genma of a heart attack followed by Ranma in that so-called accident. So where did the girl learn that stance?
"Who are you?" Coriander demanded.
"A friend of your mother's," Ryouga answered, stepping forward cautiously.
He wasn't concerned with fighting her, not really, however much she'd been trained, she was still a child. He didn't want to scare her into running, though.
"Ranma brought you to my house once when you were a baby," Ryouga said, looking her over. "I hadn't realized just how long it had been until now. You've grown."
"You're a friend of my parents?" Coriander repeated suspiciously.
"Yes," Ryouga said.
"Then you can tell me who killed them," Coriander reasoned.
