That no one could have expected Coriander to find the article was no excuse. They should have realized that it was a possiblity and dealt with it appropriately, like finding a proper place to hide it to start with. Because they now had to track down their errant charge, and unlike most parents, they knew that this one could possibly get into deep trouble.
However, he was never one to bemoan his problems. If he had trouble with something, then he dealt with it. Which meant in this case that they had to go after her and bring her back before anything happened to her. Both Kiima and he were out searching for her on the way to Nerima, with their thankfully responsible son watching over Basil.
Hopefully they could reach her before something happened to her, or someone noticed her who would likely lead her to danger. If they didn't, then she might get hurt or worse.
And he'd be damned before he let that happen.
So he made his way along one of the few direct ways to Tokyo while:
