While Happosai was distracted by Soun chasing after Shampoo, Ranma discovered something that had fallen out of the pocket of Shampoo's pocket. It was a small container of something. It kinda looked like the stuff that Kuno had been spreading over his lips. Akane had told his it was lip balm, something that protected one's lips.
Looking around to make sure that no one was watching, he tried some of the lip balm on his lips. It had a strange taste to it. Sorta herbal. He placed the Balm into his pocket.
Ranma walked into the hallway, when he tripped on one of the things that Happosai had thrown at him. He fell forawrd and hit a woman that was walking towards him.
They collided with each other into a mass of bodies. And during the colliding their lips touch and the lip balm coated the woman's lips. Spreading the love spell to another victim.
And that victim was...
