"You saw her two hours ago?" Nabiki asked again, looking for confirmation.
"That's what I said," the vender answered, prompting Nabiki to call over to the other four as they spoke to people along the road. "Yep she was talking to a big guy, went into that steakhouse over there for a bit, and then left with the guy and a woman."
"Can you say what he looked like other than 'big,'" Tarou insisted.
"Sure, messy hair, big shoulders, kinda had fangs," the man said, thinking back. "Had a kinda black and white dog with him. The woman wore a dress with a lot of pink pigs all over it."
"Ryouga," Nabiki deciphered quickly. "And Akari. The Unryuu farm is just outside of town about six kilometers, I show you on the map so you can get there."
"And what will you be doing?" Kiima asked.
"I'm going to work, I'm a cop, I have duties," Nabiki said. "But the Hibiki's have a phone, if Coriander isn't there, or there's a problem...call me at..." she jotted down a number. "That number."
"I as well," Cologne said. "Or Shampoo might turn a little suspicious. I wouldn't suggest calling the Nekohanten, however."
"Fine," Tarou said. "But pig-boy better have kept his hands to himself."
"I don't think you'll have to worry there," Nabiki said.
