"What are YOU doing involved in this?" Sehanine asked, recovering a little from the appearance and disappearance of her primary consort. Apparently Corellon wasn't going to be upset at her meddling in his daughter's life. Anyway, the appearance of this newcomer deserved a long hard look.
"I owe the lass a few favors over the eons," Moradin said. "We often share enemies and space. An' I felt it a waste that the wee lady didnae have someone to share her life with."
"And what are you gifting him with?" Hanali asked. Incidentally trying to judge if rumors she'd heard about dwarves were true. Moradin glared at her and she glared back.
~Prudish dwarf.~ Hanali thought to herself.
~Loose elf.~ The dwarf-lord thought to himself.
"Battle prowess of course," the dwarf said. "Nothing specifically dwarven, I imagine Eilistraee be teaching him how to swing that oversized blade o'hers. You be teaching him the bow I gather..."
"Errr...uh...maybe I can pin that on Solonor and..." Sehanine glanced around and realized that nobody here was going to let her out of her fair share of Eilistraee's wrath when the Dark Maiden figured out what was going on. "Right."
"So I be grantin' him strength, resilience, and fury," the dwarf said. "An I make it clear, this is in payment to the lass, not you Seldarine."
"Cool deal," Aerdrie said.
