Asuka said, "Angel attack.."

Shinji nodded, as the trio ran towards NERV.

The kids entered the base and headed for the breifing room. As they sat down, Gendo began the breifing.

"A bit earlier, an angel was spotted walking out of the ocean towards NERV. Since Eva-00 is still being repaired, Units 01 and 02 will be sent out to intercept the angel. Further instructions will be given when you are in your Eva's"

Asuka and Shinji nodded and went to the Eva launch room. Asuka came up close to Shinji and whispered.

"How do you want me to handle this?"

Shinji whispered back, "We work together. But other than that, be yourself."
