Genma and Nabiki would do everything they could to steal or scam him of his wealth. Further they (Genma in particular) would do everything thjey could to ensure Ranma wouldn't 'grow a brain'. That would make him to hard to maniplate! Yes, Ranma now fully realized his father had crippled his education to make him deependant upon him. Thusly keeping his meal ticket firmly under thumb!
Akane would try to pound him for not telling her about this. Not that it was any of her business.
The other girls of the fiance squad would be after him at hyper-speed! God like martial arts prowess, good looks and now wealth (they'd almost certainly overlook his mind as they had his feelings).
Natrally, the fiance squads' would be suitors would react accordingly. Meaning they'd try to kill him for attempting to steal their loves!
Who knew how his mom would react?! She seemed pleased with his improved manners and schoolastic achievements. Still who knew what went on in the mind of a woman who'd accept a sepuku contract with a finger painting on it from their own five year old son? From Genma! Unpredictable indeed.
He had to get organized! This was a war! Many enemies and thus far no trust worthy allies.
Money like the Art was a form of power. So, how could it help him here?! He'd use it for a lot! Hiring others to secure a cure for his Jyusenkyo curse and track down records of ancient martial arts techniques would be its most meaningful use.
Well outside of legal fees! An injunction against Nabiki taking pictures of his female form and selling them would make Nabiki bareable. Revealing her general operations to the police and helping them nail her would probably land her in jail. A legal suite had the potential to financially cripple the Tendos (at least without Kunos' help). A restraining order on Ryoga would reinforce the assault charge his constant attacks warranted! Assuming the amazons weren't in the country illegally (which he'd have investigated) restraing orders, assault, harrassment and attempted murder charges would back them off some. Genma could be easily driven off (and out of Ranma wrathful reach) by revealing him to the authorities. Happosai wouldn't give a damn about the law but he'd do what ever he could to stir up trouble for the old freak! The Kunos' were too rich and well connected to be dealt with legally.
Beyond both was the Art! Ranma was OK with money could use the law now that he had money and some idea of his rights. However, the martial arts would be what saved him. It was his life! While he was always striving to improve, now he'd use the concepts he'd grasped through his education to further his skills. Hell if Genma created Umi Sen Ken and Yama Sen Ken, Ranma could create new techniques as well! Between the techniques his hired searchers found him, improvements from his intellect applied to his current training and any original techniques he managed to develop he could take on a God!!
Well, if he kept his secrets and continued the dumb jock act long enough!
