The clueless nerd-boy was a university ronin trying to get into Tokyo University for the third year. Keitaro Urashima was also a romantic who wanted to rejoin a girl he'd made a promise to 15 years ago.
There was the girl with the stamina problems, Mutsumi Otohime who was likewise a third year ronin to Tokyo U and the girl who had made that promise.
There was the girl Naru Narugesawa who acted angry, was in love with her old sempai Seta and with Keitaro, and would vehemently deny any sort of feelings on her part for the latter. She was a university ronin too.
The young girl was Shinobu Maehara who had a crush on Keitaro Urashima because he was such a caring guy.
The girl looking nervously around because she could tell something was wrong was Matoko Aoyama. Marilyn could tell there were some strong feelings towards Urashima from Aoyama as well.
Oops. Mister Urashima had just backed away from the mermaid's display, accidently bumping the breast of Miss Narugesawa. Miss Narugesawa had just punched Mister Urashima into the mermaid tank, cracking it.
The automatic systems were going to work. All she needed to do was nudge them and this situation would all work out for the best.
