The SRU wizard smiled. "Good. Will all of you step over to the counter please." As the others approached the counter, the wizard pulled out a small box from under the counter and placed it on top of the counter for the others to see. "For you, Ritsuko."
"Thank you," replied the blond-haired scientist, picking up the box. Opening it, she gushed adoringly: "It's...beautiful...."
Inside the box was a gleaming, woman's gold ring with a setting of three small sparking topaz gems mounted on it. Slowly, Ritsuko took the ring out of the box and put it on a finger on her hand. "Oh,..." she sighed, feeling faint. Grasping the counter with both hands to steady herself, she added: "They're calling me...."

Ritsuko smiled. OK. Melchior, watch over NERV's sensor, surveillance, and computer networks for anything out of the ordinary such as an approaching Angel or unusual computer activity by Gendo Ikari. Caspar, I want you to monitor the flow of information going into and coming from SEELE's computer networks. Be on the lookout for 'something big' such as large shifts of money from one account to another or deployment of a large number of people from one part of the world to another. Both of you report your findings--no matter how insignificant it may be--to Balthazar. Balthazar, I want you to oversee the activities of Melchior and Caspar. Make sure their activites go undetected by everyone including Gendo Ikari. Sift through and correlate the information Melchior and Caspar give you for anything interesting and/or anomalous and pass on your findings to me at any time day or night--every second may count.

"Yes Shinji. I just gave the MAGI their marching orders. It seems you have your harem and I have mine now." quipped Ritsuko, seeing Misato blush at her words.
A moment later, everyone in the store chuckled at Ritsuko's observation....
