Shinji for his part, sweatdropped. After a second, he noticed that the three of them were talking to each other, but leaving him out of the conversation. All three of them nodded and then looked at Shinji.
Misato put a hand on Shinji's shoulder and said, "Master, we need to talk. There is something each one of us wants to tell you."

Kaji looked at the store that he had seen Ritsuko, Shinji, and Misato entering.
"Spells R Us? Weird name for a store," he muttered to himself as he entered. "Maybe I can find out why Misato has been avoiding me."
