Genma grumbled about all these weak little girls interfering with his training Ranma to be a martial artist.
Though privately, perhaps, he could recognize the value of the three in Ranma's training. It was just his way to be crude and mean and petty and insulting.
And wonder why some ancient box had just slammed into his head.
"Is that it?" Uranus asked as Neptune recovered it.
Neptune nodded as she carefully unrolled the scroll. "It certainly looks like them."
Genma shook his head. Probably a cooking manual or something similar.
Saturn smiled at her cute uhm young Master. "With the ancient and forgotten martial arts techniques on these scrolls, Ranma, you should be able to hold your own even better against magical opponents."
Genma's interest was pulled towards that now. Hmmm.
Ancient jade-inlaid and bronze metal box so old that the wood had petrified? Yes. Ancient crumbling scrolls covered with odd symbols? Yup. Sure was.
"Good. If the Dragon's Cave turns out to be more of a red herring, the Master can at least practice these." Uranus nodded.
Ranma looked over Neptune's shoulder but couldn't make out the writing. "What kind of technique is it?"
Neptune smiled up at her Master. "Why, it's -"
