[Episode 82726] [Episode 82726]The coach was scowling as he looked over the gym class. Normally he would be handling the Boys gym class while the other coach handled the girls, but when the last angel attack convinced to leave Tokyo 3, he had been left in charge of both groups. So he was now handling a large co-ed class instead of a mid-sized boys class. 'A well.' he thought as he began outlining the three track and field events that they would all take turns doing.
"I'm sure not complaining," Kensuke commented as he looked excitedly at the bloomer clad girls sitting very close to the boys group.
"Grow up." Toji responded, deliberately not looking at the girls. Then he blinked and looked closer at Shinji. "Hey, you ok Ikari? You're quieter than usual."
"Eh, I think I'm ok. . ."
"As ok as he could ever be." Asuka commented as she walked back from the high jump. "Not counting the way you were so draggy and saggy this morning, isn't that right Third Child?" she added in a teasing voice.
Shinji scowled and looked up at Asuka. Opening his mouth to unleash a retort.
Just behind Asuka the next jumper stumbled, and bumped into Asuka, knocking her forward.
Shinji had half a second to register his fellow pilot's shocked face before she crashed into him. A moment later he realized that he was flat on his back with Asuka lying on top of him, with her breasts pressed into his face by gravity. In the back of his mind he realized that he should feel embarrassment, and fear of her reaction, but somehow all he recognized was the strange sense of wellness sweeping over him.
Asuka shook her head to clear it, then suddenly realizing the position she and Ikari were in, her face turned bright red as she planted both hands on the ground and forced herself into a seating position. She glared down at Shinji, angry retorts flashing in her mind. . . And then as she made eye contact they froze. Shinji's expression was different from any she had seen before. There was confidence and strength, and somehow an undercurrent of hunger that made her feel. . .
"Asuka!" The coach called as he walked over a huge scowl on his face.
Blinking Asuka realized that Shinji's face now had a more familiar expression of panic. Her cheeks reddening again, she scrambled back to her feet and moved away from him.
