Phoenix Ranma: Passing Time [Episode 95530]

by Kender

It took quite a while of laying there, totally exposed save for randomly placed feathers, for Setsuna to get any sort of feeling back. It started in the tips of her fingers and worked up from there. Soon her body had some movement to it, though the paralysis was replaced by stiffness from staying in one position for so long.

Of course, various creatures had crawled all over her, and she had been unable to do anything about it save watch them.

And by the time she could do anything about it, the one she'd like most to smash permenently was long gone.

Scowling as various debris fell from between her breasts, she managed to get herself to a sitting position which wasn't much better than the previous one. She was still left covered in sticky stuff and feathers, but not much else, save a bit of dirt. That was quite literal as every bit of clothing and hair, including the long locks that she had passed many a lonely hour trying to get perfect were gone. Her only piece of luck that she'd had was that no one had come across her in this sort of situation.

Which was in no part due to one little boy.

"I don't know where you are, but I'm going to hunt you down Ranma Saotome," she growled darkly, "I'll search out every hiding spot, outwit every trick, and defeat every defense you have and when I have you at my mercy, I'LL KILL YOU! COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY! THERE WON'T BE ENOUGH LEFT FOR DNA TESTING!"

Her only audience was not amused, as a squirrel climbed up her thigh, shimmied up her side and breast until it got onto her head. Once there, it pulled out a nut and tried to break it open by bashing it on her skull. When that didn't work, it made some annoyed noises before she tried to swat it off.

That only got her a bite for her troubles, and the little rodent scurried off of her, stopping only long enough to chitter angrily at her.

The single response that she was capable of at the moment was a twitching brow.

Ranma was not a happy camper and it was simply because of his male parent. That wasn't because he was being forced into bizarre training exercises by his father. Nor was it the fact that the elder Saotome had yanked him away from that strange woman's exercises. And it sure wasn't the fact that the old man had told him to get the picnic basket.

It was the fact that Genma was insisting on having it all as 'his irresponsible fool of a son had refused to get his poor suffering father anything to eat save the littlest tidbit'.

As a result of that thinking, he was taking the lion's share of what little they had, leaving the younger Saotome still hungry after eating his portion.

But as he wandered a bit in search of a snack, he saw some familiar faces, and thought that they might have something to eat.

So, he shrugged to himself and decided to go visit them.

If nothing else, he could get to know them.

The Sailor Senshi at the Time Gate had gone from watching Pluto get hit by her trap, with more than a few giggles, to peering at the boy who was at the center of the current... situation.

Once again, he looked at them, which wasn't that unexpected.

What did come as a shock was that he walked right through the closed Gate, and stopped in front of them.

"Hi," he cheefully told the dumbfounded Senshi, "My name's Ranma. What's yours?"

They stared at him for a moment, before:
