This Ranma was more in tune with such things as planning out situations. Rather than just hoping that he would remember to do things, for the important stuff, he'd write it down. It wasn't a big thing, but it did set him apart from his old life.
So he pulled out a small day planner and peered over it in order to see what he had planned for the day. It could have been blank, or simply had something usual, which would have sat well with him. That would have been pretty normal for anyone, and he knew that much at least.
However, this was Mihoshi's work, and since she was a bit off about Earth life, he wasn't about to have a situation that would have a totally normal basis.
After all, how many teenagers inherited real estate in Japan?
Looking over it, the young man blinked several times before realising that what was on the page wasn't going to go away. Inheriting wasn't totally unexpected, and there were places that had been passed down through families for many generations. But to just recieve something like this was a big deal, as usually it went to adults within the family, at least for running it until the intended heir was old enough to do it on their own.
