Lamp Of Mihoshi: Family Place [Episode 99854]

Over the years, the Kamiya family property had been something that had been held on by the relatives even while others had not been so lucky. Due to the family's service, they had been allowed to keep their property, though things had not been quite as they once were. It was impossible to keep things as they had been back in its glory years, but a lot of its charm was still there.

After a certain swordsman had lived there, it sat for a long while basically unchanged until fire occurred on one rather bad day. That, along with other damage occurred by natural forces resulted in some repairs and remodeling in the early nineteen-hundreds. Then had come various upgrades as could be managed until World War II. That left a lot of work to be done, but fortunately, the structure was basically left standing enough to be usuable.

But following the war, when times were tight, they fell back on something that had been done during the years when there was a single Kamiya left, and she'd had some rather interesting folks staying with her. Rooms were changed, prices given, and appartments filled. That changed the place from a family home to a rooming house, but that was good enough, especially as it left the family dojo standing.

And now the family legacy was Ranma's responsibility. He was going to be the one to manage it, and that meant keeping the place tidy, collecting rent, and making repairs as he could, along with other such tasks.

Realising this was going to be... different than he had expected, he also realised that he wasn't going to be able to refuse this.
