Post Third Impact: Images [Episode 178843]

Ranma knew a lot about tracking, being tracked, hiding, and finding people hiding. Some of his father's training schemes had sounded so extremely painful and ludicrous that just getting Ranma to do the training had been training in the aforementioned skills. Particularly after the Nekoken training when just about ANY training exercise had become something suspect.

So Ranma used several of these methods in trying to find what was on his tail. Not that he wanted to get too close lest it turn out to be brain-eating zombies or something. Sure you could hit things like that, but then you'd have zombie-splatter all over you, and that would probably smell pretty awful at the least.

Nope. Not wanting to get up close and personal to anything like that.

Finally he spotted it. Not directly, but indirectly while checking a reflection. When he did, he nearly screamed.

She was pale, with red eyes, and short hair. Wearing a school uniform. He recognized her too, having seen her in a janitor's videocamera not too long ago.

He was being stalked by the Angel Of Death.

Very very very very VERY not good.

As he watched, he saw the now-familiar reflection of Aya, who was obviously putting herself in between him and this other image. Well, that fit what he knew about Aya. She wasn't one to shirk or shy away from challenges. Even if she was dead.

Ranma knew that if he got zapped by this, nobody would be left to help Aya or the others. He certainly hadn't seen anyone else yet.
