"'Fiddly bits'?" asked Sakura.
"Altering events and causing cascade changes in the past involves all sorts of little details. Quite frankly, my attention span for things like your childhood crushes isn't all that great. Tried doing things like that once in a Ranma timeline. He ended up being Batman when all I was trying for was making Akane a Sailor Moon otaku. Oh, and somehow one of Jupiter's moons ended up being composed entirely of malachite. Still not sure how that happened."
"Okay," said Sakura, not quite getting it.
"Sakura-chaannnnn," complained Naruto.
"In that case, my wish would be that Naruto stops pestering me for dates. Stops bothering me like he does. Isn't giving me that puppy-dog eye thing," said Sakura.
"So, in other words, your wish is that he no longer has a childhood crush on you the same way you do on Sasuke Uchiha?"
"My feelings for Sasuke are a lot more mature than anything Naruto is capable of!" Sakura crossed her arms and glared at the Being that dared compare the two.
"I'll put it down as a wish that 'Naruto stops being romantically fixated on Sakura' - is that okay?"
"Sounds perfect," said Sakura.
"Entered." Toltiir didn't say that the device had already worked out the mechanism and that it would end with:
