Setsuna's New Life: From Bad to Worse to "Oh #$%^&@!" [Episode 32388]
by Ranger of the Crossover Fiancees
Infinite Diversity in Infinite Combinations.
That was the core principle of the Multiverse.
If you could think it (or even if you couldn't), then somewhere out there, it existed.
But for every uplifting ideal of hope and goodness that this resulted, there was also a dark side reflecting each possibility.
Three guesses which one Setsuna unwittingly unleashed. And the first two don't count.
-
The Abolition movements of the 1800s failed, Women's Lib never makes it, and the world has been divided into dozens of repressive mini-empires ruled by the strongest. Setsuna awakens in a timeline where she, the Senshi and others(?) are slaves for Ranma (who is himself trying to deal with a Tendo clan out for his blood)...
-
Someone even worse then Beryl beat her to the punch, conquering the world and plunging it into darkness. Ranma is now a servant of that darkness, and the Senshi are at his (non-existant) mercy...
-
Genetically engineered superhuman clones, Setsuna and the others were bred to fight and die on the battlefield of the New Order...Can Ranma rescue them in time?
-
Time and space twist and shift, returning them all to a distant past where the Silver Millenium still exists, but this time Beryl isn't the one invading, Ranma is. And he's much better at tactics then she ever was.
-
Borrowing a concept from the Adult story archive, Genetic tampering gone horribly wrong results in 1)Skewed female to male ratios (100 to 1) and 2) Mental modifications that put Setsuna at a serious disadvantage as she tries to fix things (again).
-
Be my guest...
