The Observer always liked to keep a eye-stalk on those places were Time-line clusters, large and small, met and merged around the edges.
Most of those offshots never really grew into anything out of the ordinary, and some of them were so stunted that it was painful to perceive them, but sometimes...
Sometimes, wonderful things happened there.
